Welcome to the World of Surfing

Surfing is more than riding waves — it's reading swell patterns, wind direction, tides, and ocean moods.

The three moves

  1. PADDLE — drive your arms through the water, building momentum.
  2. POP UP — as the wave lifts you, spring to your feet in one timed motion.
  3. RIDE — balanced on the board, glide along the wave's energy.

What to carry

Rash guard · surf-friendly shorts · towel · waterproof sunscreen · sunglasses · cap · flip-flops · water bottle.

Quick FAQs

  • Swimming? Basic ability recommended, not mandatory. Beginner lessons stay in whitewater, waist-deep.
  • Stand-up day 1? Most learners pop up on their first or second day.
  • 3 days enough? It's an introduction. 5 days is the realistic minimum for independent paddling.
  • Session length? 2–3 hours, morning or evening.
