When you cancel	Refund
7+ days before activity	100% (less 5% payment/admin fee)
4–6 days before	80% (less processing charges)
1–3 days before	50% (less processing charges)

Scuba diving — separate ladder

When you cancel	Refund
15+ days before	Full refund (less 5% admin fee)
7–14 days before	50%
<7 days before	No refund — operational commitments already made

Free reschedule

One complimentary reschedule per booking:

• Standard activities — request 7+ days ahead
• Scuba diving — request 15+ days ahead
• New date within 12 months of original; subject to partner availability

Peak season exception

Bookings during December 15 – January 15 and holiday weekends are strictly non-refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 6–7 business days to your original payment method.
