1. Introduction

GoCareless operates as an online booking platform that connects customers with independent adventure activity providers. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

GoCareless is a technology intermediary that facilitates bookings between customers and independent adventure providers. The platform does not directly conduct, operate, or control the adventure activities listed. All activities are conducted by third-party partners responsible for execution and safety.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

A booking confirmation amount is collected at booking time to secure your slot. The remaining balance is payable directly by the customer to the respective partner/vendor at the activity location.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% refund — cancellation 7+ days before the activity.
80% refund — 4–6 days before.
50% refund — 1–3 days before.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from cancellation confirmation. Each booking includes one free reschedule within 12 months if requested at least 7 days before the start date.

5. User Responsibilities

You confirm medical fitness, understanding of inherent risks, compliance with safety instructions, and accuracy of booking information.

6. Medical & Risk Disclaimer

Adventure activities carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks. GoCareless excludes liability for injury, property damage, weather disruptions, partner actions, and delays.

7. Partner Responsibility

Independent partners are solely responsible for conducting activities safely, maintaining certifications, ensuring equipment safety, and adhering to regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoCareless's liability is capped at the booking confirmation amount paid through the platform for the relevant transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content remains GoCareless's property and cannot be used without written permission.

10. Termination

GoCareless may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
