1. Introduction

GoCareless operates as an online booking platform that connects customers with independent adventure activity providers. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

GoCareless is a technology intermediary that facilitates bookings between customers and independent adventure providers. The platform does not directly conduct, operate, or control the adventure activities listed. All activities are conducted by third-party partners responsible for execution and safety.

Camps

Camps are a different model. Camps are organized by Go Careless together with our partners at the specific camp location, and Go Careless directly conducts the activities during the camp alongside these partners. Unlike the standard bookings described above, Go Careless is not merely an intermediary for camps — it takes an active role in organizing and delivering the camp experience.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

A booking confirmation amount is collected at booking time to secure your slot. The remaining balance is payable directly by the customer to the respective partner/vendor at the activity location.

Camps — Booking Process

Camp bookings follow a different process:

You submit a request to Go Careless for an invitation to the camp.
If your request is accepted, Go Careless issues you an invitation to join.
You pay a booking amount to confirm your spot on the camp.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival at the camp.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% refund — cancellation 7+ days before the activity.
80% refund — 4–6 days before.
50% refund — 1–3 days before.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from cancellation confirmation. Each booking includes one free reschedule within 12 months if requested at least 7 days before the start date.

Camps — Cancellation & Refund Policy

Camps follow a separate cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations must be requested in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You confirm medical fitness, understanding of inherent risks, compliance with safety instructions, and accuracy of booking information.

Camp Rules & Conduct

In addition to the above, participants joining a camp agree to the following:

Participants must be in good physical health and inform Go Careless of any medical conditions before the camp.
Minimum age and fitness requirements apply. These will be communicated at the time of registration.
Go Careless reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
All participants are required to follow safety instructions from guides and instructors at all times.
Consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs during the camp is strictly prohibited.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Go Careless is not liable for loss or damage.
Travel insurance covering adventure activities is strongly recommended.
By registering, participants agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
Discipline is paramount in outdoor environments. Participants who repeatedly fail to follow camp rules or safety guidelines — despite clear warnings — may be removed from the camp without a refund.

6. Medical & Risk Disclaimer

Adventure activities carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks. GoCareless excludes liability for injury, property damage, weather disruptions, partner actions, and delays.

7. Partner Responsibility

Independent partners are solely responsible for conducting activities safely, maintaining certifications, ensuring equipment safety, and adhering to regulations. For camps, this responsibility for safe conduct of activities is shared between Go Careless and its on-location partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoCareless's liability is capped at the booking confirmation amount paid through the platform for the relevant transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content remains GoCareless's property and cannot be used without written permission.

10. Termination

GoCareless may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
