When you make bookings, create an account, submit vendor forms, or contact support, we collect:

B. Information from Google Sign-In

When you create an account using "Continue with Google," we request your name, email address, and profile photo to set up your account. Separately, and only with your explicit consent on Google's permission screen, we may also request your gender and date of birth from your Google Account, so we don't have to ask you for them again. You can decline this specific permission and still create an account — you'll simply be asked to add your date of birth and sex directly, which you can do any time from your account page.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

C. Payment information

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details. Payment processors handle card, UPI, and banking data under their own policies.

Camps. For camps, Go Careless is solely responsible for collecting, storing, and processing your personal data — even though camp activities are conducted jointly with our on-location partners. Partners do not independently collect or hold your data; we share only what is strictly necessary for your safety and participation (e.g., name, emergency contact, medical declarations) with them for the duration of the camp, under our instruction and control.
